PA folks can apply for a non-resident license in those states since their is no agreement or recognition. PA resident can apply in a few others too, however our license cover most of those.

I have been looking for an online application for the Maine non-resident carry license/permit but cannot find it... that assumes there is one online.
Can anyone point me there ?

Call or write the Licensing Division and request their packet to apply for a Carry Permit. Getting their non
resident permit is the only way for a non resident to carry in Maine. They are shall Issue.

the PA attorney genreral lists CT and Rhode Island as state that we cannot get permits. Both states offer non resident permits. Rhode Island you must go in person to pick up. CT can be done by mail. the PA attorney general lists these states as places we CANNOT get a permit. That is not true because i posses one of each.

we can get a non resident in Massachusetts and Maine also.

It'd be so nice if we could get a federal law forcing all states to honor all other state's permits, just like they do with driver's licenses. A man can dream at least..
