Assessing website by hexadecimal numbers... tech question
Is it possible?
I know how to access a webpage via decimals.
for example pafoa.com is 208.92.217.243
in hex it is D0.5C.D9.F3, but after I add http:// it does not bring up the page.
Have I been mislead and there is no way to access a site through hex numbers?? Or am I missing something?Last edited by Nate; December 4th, 2009 at 08:24 PM. Reason: spelling

Re: Assessing website by hexadecimal numbers... tech question
interesting..I never seen it done or thought about doing it, but why would you want to browse to a site via hex instead of a domain name or IP?
