Quick Question? Military Recruitment Centers Fed Property?
The title is the question.... I was going to visit a few centers today to thank those that serve in our military and wasn't sure if they are considered Fed property even though they are on private property... Not sure if I need to disarm prior to entering the strip shops that house them...
Any quick help would be appreciated. I would like to hit the road shortly to drop off some coffee etc...

Re: Quick Question? Military Recruitment Centers Fed Property?
Any property the feds, mil's, or alphabet groups rent or lease becomes federal property.
The bounds of that is the area they lease and any designated parking spots they have included in their lease/rental/ownership.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515, SteveWag

Re: Quick Question? Military Recruitment Centers Fed Property?
I believe that your question was directed to Federal "facility" ala 18 USC 930 as opposed to Federal "property". Just a minor point but it does make some difference.
As knight0334 already pointed out, Federal "property" is property owned or leased by a Federal agency. However the proscription against weapons (18 USC 930) applies to Federal "facility" which is defined as:
18 USC 930(g) As used in this section:
(1) The term “Federal facility” means a building or part thereof owned or leased by the Federal Government, where Federal employees are regularly present for the purpose of performing their official duties.
A recruitment center WOULD be considered a Federal facility.IANAL
