Speech for tomorrow

I have an informative speech due tomorrow. I was thinking about doing it on The Lost or Stolen Law different cities in Pa have been trying to pass.

I'm looking through the threads and theirs just to much info to get through and bs from people.

I want to make an impact and have people talking about it as well as inform. People are doing theirs on fucking burger king and dumb shit like that.

I don't have to hand anything in on paper which is good just a 5-6 minute speech.

So what I'm asking from you guys is just same facts and talking points and the sooner the better. I'm gonna be up for another 1nhalf so gimme a hand please.
