I want to go see Buckethead perform on the 23rd at Mr. Small's in Millvale. Is it ok to carry concealed?

It is legal to carry there, as long as the owner doesn't object. If there isn't a "no guns" sign on the door, carry on! If there is a sign, then it is your risk.

They do pocket/bag checks and frisk suspicious people (you can choose not to be frisked... and go home without a refund)like guys with jackets on in the summer, even if security saw you ride in on a motorcycle.

They most definitely have a strong no carry policy.

I have never been frisked/searched/wanded ever there and I have been there for some pretty hardcore punk and indie shows.

Mindless Self Indulgence's security crew was pretty thorough. Dimmu Borgir's didn't care.
