Re: ltcf /oc difference
I am having trouble making sense of your question. Are you asking about the differences between the application for a LTCF, and the "application to OC"?
There is no application for OC. If you have legally purchased the firearm, and legally own it, you can legally OC, consistent with OC laws.

While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Re: ltcf /oc difference
LTCF needed for:
1. CC on or about your person
2. Carry in a vehicle outside of very few/limited exceptions
3. OC or CC in a 'city of the first class' (Philadelphia)
4. OC or CC during 'an emergency proclaimed by a state or municipal governmental executive'Get your "Guns Save Lives" stickers today! PM for more info.

Re: ltcf /oc difference
There is no license to open carry(assuming you meant there are different licenses), you dont need a license to open carry unless you're in a City of the First Class. You'd need a license to take a "firearm" in a vehicle though..
So long as you aren't in Philly, you dont need a license at all to openly carry as long as you walk everywhere.
Conceal, vehicles, Philly and state of emergencies require a license and are regulated privileges.
Open carry is unlicensed and an act of practicing a right.
