Cool OC and a cop stops.....

I was in Manhiem today waiting along rt 72 to pick up a friend. I was out front oc'ing and a cop pulls in the driveway and asks me if the address here was 471. I said I wasn't sure and I was just here to pick up a friend. He looked right at my Ruger which was holstered on a duty belt, said thanks and drove off. I had a suspicion someone called him about me, but I did see his car parked up the road talking to another person, so I guess he was looking for a call. I could not believe he didn't say ANYTHING....

    Why are you "surprised"?

OC is legal. AND, LEO's are freshly updated on the legality this year thanks to MOEPEC training.

Heck, I've interacted with a number of LEO that I didn't know, while OC, and not had my sidearm mentioned or questioned.... Well, except for this one time...

Exactly how every LEO encounter should go, if you are not engaged in some sort of illegal activity.

Because as a younger person who dresses kinda stylish I expected a negative reaction from an LEO because of the walk like a duck talk like a duck mentality and stereotype. (Im 28 and look like 21 barely)

In the manner he says it I'm thinkin he means probably more along the lines of jeans with the waist down by his knees rather than Brooks Brothers. Hell of a way to reach to draw it though if he's got it on his belt.

For me that would be black Dickies classic or cargo style pants, tshirt, steel toed shoes, NRA hat, long hair that hangs 2/3 down my back, and a utility belt thats just a few items short of only needing the kitchen sink lol.
