which Co. to apply for LTC
I'm alomost sure of the answer but thought I would get you opinion I havent had a LTC since I was a LEO a couple yrs. ago I live in Fayette Co. but have a Westmoreland Co.town add. on my DL So am I correct in applying to Fayette Co. for my lic.? Wish I could get it through Westmoreland as its alot simplier process.

You need to apply at the Sherriff in the Co. you reside in.....

Does your address on your DL reflect your legal address, you do have the proper address on it right? I know some mail routes cross county lines.
You'd apply to the county in which your residence is in regardless of what your mailing address is. If you're physically in Fayette, you apply to Fayette.

Yep, I was in same situation at one point, it doesn't matter where the town your post office is in, just where your house is
