Default How to apply for a Florida permit

On September 16 the City of Philadelphia upheld my LTCF denial. Now, I don't know if it's my computer or this site but the search option is not working for me. If one of my fellow community members could point me in the direction where i can find out how to apply for a Florida non-resident permit I would be very greatful.

You will need a FL CWP packet. You can have one mailed to you from the Florida Department of Agriculture.

    You will fill it out.
    Get fingerprints taken.
    Get passport sized pics taken.
You will need either a NRA sanctioned safety course certificate/hunter safety class cert./DD214 for proof of training. A copy of the certificate will suffice.
A check or money order for the permit.
    Copy of your ID.

Put it all together and mail it back.

...its been awhile since I applied for a FL CWP (my last one expired back in 2001). I'm sure someone will add or detract if what I posted was wrong.

    Application must also be notarized.

Utah course is also an option for you. Utah is like Florida in that it is recognized in PA even if you live in PA.

utah renewal is a lot cheaper then Florida.

utah charges 10 dollars to renew. florida charges 119 to renew.

You're not going to appeal this? Is there an appeal process? What was reason for denial...whim?

filing a pro se motion should be free or very minimal filing fee.

what was the specific reason the licensing board gave for upholding or revoking your permit?

contact me if you would like help.
