Broken O/U Stoeger Condor 12ga

I have a stoeger Condor 12 guage over under shotgun. It is a breakbarrel. The rod running through the center of the gun that cocks the firing mechanism when you break the gun has a slight bend in it and is disableing the gun.. I have posted this PIC to show the rod that is broke... I have had the stock off the gun and was into many of the parts , but can not see any way to get to the pin.. Can anyone help.... And where can i find the part.. would it be best left to a gun smith and if so , what would the cost of the repair be?
