Colt 1911 US Government Marked

I have for sale a Colt 1911 that was likely used in World War I & II. From the serial number (108xxx) it was manufactured in 1915. It is marked US Property. This is not a recent CMP pistol from the last few years. I bought it several years ago as I always wanted a Colt but I was able to get lucky on the CMP front with an A1 & am trying to get a higher end shotgun, so I am selling this. I was told that the pistol is in great shape and was rearsenaled in Augusta and at that time the grips were replaced. The slide and frame seem to have always been together. I am happy to get more pictures etc. as I know there are some collectors out there. I really like to shoot mine and this was one that I really have just shown my friends. It was well taken care by me and will not disappoint. Comes with the magazine that I bought it with. Price is firm $1900. The ONLY trade I would consider is a Beretta Silver Pigeon in 12G with some money from my end if needed.
