Used Winchester 1200 - $125 (Lehigh Valley)

Selling a used 12ga Winchester Model 1200 for $125. Probably manufactured in the late 60s. Made in the USA. Chambered for 2 3/4 inch shells. Modified choke.

First things first...this is a gunsmith special. I bought this from a friend a couple years ago but it jammed up on me after only 3 or 4 shells. The best I could figure is the slide arm bridge came loose and dislodged the firing pin and firing pin spring. I ordered a slide arm bridge retaining screw from Numrich only to have the screw shear off. The remainder of the screw is still in the slide arm bridge. I ordered another screw from Numrich and a new firing pin since the previous one was all jacked up from another jam. The firearm cycles fine now but I haven't fired it since the screw sheared off. I'm not sure what has to be done to the firearm to make it fire and cycle reliably.

There is some rust on the barrel that I am happy to buff it back but wanted to show it is there instead of pretending it didn't exist. The inside of the barrel is extremely clean. I did strip the stock to the bare walnut and apply multiple coats of Real Milk Paint 100% Tung Oil. Not a perfect job but it does look and feel nice with an open pore, matte finish.
