Noveske upper assembled and tested by local smith from my parts collection

New unfired Noveske G3 upper receiver, Afghan barrel and 13.5* rail
Will include unbranded unfired BCG and like new BCM Gunfighter CH.
will also include used 3 prong FH to protect the threads and a set of KAC Mlok panels

As noted, this has not been fired or seen a lower but the CH and FH are used like new

$625 local without BCG and CH
$700 local with BCG and CH
