Less than 30 rounds through this upper, so it is in close to new condition, the upper is all self-contained, it should fit on most milspec or picatinny lowers, and it does not need a buffer or tube, so it it is really easy to add a picatinny stock or brace as seen in the photos and, yes, the lower in the pictures is registered.
