DPMS XM177 heavy barrel and ban-era 20" 1/9 5.56 AR heavy barrel, unknown maker

    1) 1/9 5.56 DPMS XM177 heavy barrel, unfired and test-mounted maybe once.
$150 FTF @ Plymouth Meeting. Discontinued item https://www.midwayusa.com/product/1003459165

    2) Ban-era 1/9 5.56 AR heavy barrel
$150 FTF @ Plymouth Meeting. Bore is fine, just going a different direction on this project. Unknown round count.

Actual USPS shipping and the 22" overall length will probably trigger the USPS oversized package fee, so figure $20-25 to mail it.

Unmarked except for the 1/9 5.56 stamping. FSB is neutered (no bayonet lug or sling swivel) and stripped/no front sight assembly.

Muzzle device is secured with a hardened pin, which you get to remove.

All prices are FTF vic Plymouth Meeting Mall.
Shipping? Sure, but that's on you.
Questions or requests for additional pics - ask away.

$100 Remington M11 Barrel #1 - 19" muzzle to breach face, decent bluing, brass bolt (?) front sight
Serial under barrel ring 24286 so *maybe* 1912?

    $100 Remington M11 Barrel #2
Just shy of 22" muzzle to breach face, worn finish, no front sight
Serial under barrel ring 122617 so *maybe* 1917?

    $100 12 Gauge Winchester 97 19 1/2" long cylinder bore barrel. 19" long.
Potato grade bore pic illustrates some bumpiness, but quite usable.
Brass roundhead bolt for front sight.

    $275 FTF 12g Browning A5 28" made in Belgium
I would suggest to avoid heartache, only purchase this for a pre-WW2 Belgian-made Browning A5. Good candidate to make a Rhodie A8.
    *
28" barrel, no issues with the bore or chamber.

NOTE - because of the choke, NOT for slugs

    Also marked 'Cockerill Steel'

    Front sight bead missing https://i.imgur.com/35LDSpw.jpg

    Early serial number https://i.imgur.com/kbkheGn.jpg

    Questions answered
    Will this fit a WW2ish Remington Browning A5 and/or Remington Model 11 post-war?
Nope - those have 'dished' cuts at the 10 o'clock position on the barrel extension.
    *
What about the pre-WW2 Remington Model 11s? or those St Louis Brownings?

Dunno - the barrel extensions *look* the same but I've never had a Belgian Browning 12 gauge to do the swappy/testy thing.*

$200 12 gauge 22" Browning A5 "made in St Louis" Belgian barrel.
    A) It's serialed 204055 * / horizontal I on left side of barrel ring - this would date to the late 1930s.
    From the Browning nerds -
Beginning with Serial Number 1 to approximately 228,000. Exact production figures are not available. Year of manufacture on Pre-World War II production is strictly a guess.

    Auto-5 Semi-Automatic Shotgun - Browning

    B) I do not think 22" is a factory length, but the little brass shotgun ball front sight looks nicely done. Good for making a Riot Gun on a pre-War Browning.

$150 12 gauge Remington Sportsman complete fore end (2 +1)

Complete magazine tube w/ follower, spring and funky endcap (sealed unit, came off real easy IIRC), fore end with honest wear and no splits.
Came off a 1948 era SPORTSMAN and has been gathering dust.
Nothing wrong with it, just doesn't fit my needs and probably fits yours.
One of you guys wanting to build a dedicated field gun (2 +1), here ya go.
