Old milsurps info page
http://www.empirearms.com/pre-1899.htm
Here is a link if you guys / gals have any old milsurps made before 1899. Most of the rifles in this class are non FFL!
I wasn't sure where to put this, please feel free to move it to the proper place.
Just thought I'd share this with you folks in case you didn't know something about a certain gun in your collection. My Swedish Mauser falls into this category. It is an Oberndorf M-1894 Carbine Model made in 1895, so stamped on the receiver ring.Last edited by Member0001; March 16th, 2007 at 08:10 PM.

Actually I am going to send that link to my brother. He is into older military rifles. I actually prefer modern firearms. Good info though. Thanks for bringing the link out into the open, I'm sure my brother will appreciate it.

I highly recommend this page as well for you Mauser folks. I have sent several folks here in the past and they raved about their barrels. For those that don't know, the Mauser thread pitch is 55 degree Whitworth I believe for the large ring Mauser rifles only. This a is a must have barrel for the Mauser.Last edited by Member0001; March 16th, 2007 at 08:33 PM.
