Default Arkansas changes its reciprocity law

Now we just have to figure out if PA will honor it

    (11) Has satisfactorily completed a training course as prescribed and approved by the director.
I think the training requirement may hang us up, but here's hoping.

Yeah, but in reciprocity, it goes by the State as a whole, not by the individual.

I'm going to give our Attorney General's office a call and let them know about this so they can get busy honoring Arkansas' permit and we can pick up another state.

I tried to call a minute ago but it looks like they're closed due to the weather.

It's good to work for The Man

Kind of like the state-wide shutdown of the liquor stores on Valentine's Day at 4 o'clock.

    What a bunch of crap!
