80% Glock Carry?
A Polymer 80 glock pistol can be built from a non-gun receiver and will have no serial numbers on it. I understand it cannot ever be sold, but is legal to build for one's own use. Can such a pistol legally be carried in Pennsylvania?

Re: 80% Glock Carry?
If you can show where in the UFA that such is prohibited, please do so. Otherwise, since the handgun is legal (your words) it's okay to carry it.

Legal, IMO yes. Smart...probably not. It's almost a guarantee most law enforcement will have no idea your "ghost gun" is legal.
AFAIK not illegal to sell either, provided it wasn't manufactured for that purpose, and the sale goes through an FFL.Last edited by God's Country; April 18th, 2019 at 09:23 AM.

I'd suspect that something like that is more likely to be found on the azzhat you had to shoot because he tried to rob you at gunpoint.

It's legal to carry provided you follow all other laws, but I personally wouldn't do it because of getting hung up with law enforcement in any number of situations.

Legal, sure...any interaction with a cop less then fully versed in gun laws...I'll bring the popcorn for that thread.

Re: 80% Glock Carry?
Legal to carry- Yes
Expect a cop to know that- no, probably not
Legal to sell- Yes, provided you did not make it for the purpose of selling. Since it's a handgun it will probably complicate the transfer at the FFL, but if it were a rifle you could do a face to face provided all other laws are obeyed."It seems that the Constitution is more or less guidelines than actual rules"
