Default I'm just FULL of questions today.

(caution... possible stupid question on the horizon)

i've been wondering this for a while now, cause i NEVER have my gun unloaded.

I always walk around with my gun ready to fire. (cocked and loaded) the only time it's empty is when i'm cleaning it, or reloading from emptying a mag. will this hurt the weapon at all? (never being "relaxed" that is.) like will springs that hold the hammer loosen? (i know my gun has an internal hammer) or anything like that?

it goes straight from my waist to my night stand back to my waist. should i let it sit unloaded for an ammount of time? or is this practice ok?

It will be fine. You dont have to unload it.

Springs are made to be compressed.

Springs under constant tension shouldn't be an issue. They can always be easily replaced every so many years, if you're worried. I believe they fatigue quicker by adding and releasing tension. * IANAME (I Am Not A Mechanical Engineer)
