I'm assuming a Kahr MK9 is a "pocket" pistol, even though I usually don't carry it that way. (It's definitely smaller than the Glock/XD subcompacts, but bigger than the pocket pistols listed....)

I counted my Kahr MK9 as subcompact rather than pocket... to me, pocket means .380 Ruger LCP or NA Arms Guardian or smaller calibre (and even some .380s are closer to being subcompact).

Either that or let's just agree that "pocket" means it can be carried, sans holster, during the summer wearing "regular" clothing and not be detected except for printing in real tight clothes.

I carry a MK9 in the front pocket. So, I checked "pocket pistol", even though it has a bit more punch than the average pocket pistol chambered in .32 or .380.
