    Default roadhouses, bars,

im on the bike ALOT, and when were out riding we'll stop at a resteurant or bar for some food, bathroom, a drink etc. can you carry in these type of places, i mean i wouldn't go into a bar planning to do some drinking with a gun just for the obvious reasons, but i heard a while back that you cant carry in bars, just wondering

In Pennsylvania it is not illegal to carry in an establishment that serves alcohol. There is no law forbidding it.

I know a few bouncers who carry concealed inside bars. Obviously its because they know there are patrons cc'ing as well.

As far as I know there is no law forbidding you from having your firearm in such an establishment.

You can drink; however, drinking while carrying a firearm is not a very responsible thing to do.

EDIT: Just wanted to add that when I say carrying a firearm and drinking is not very responsible, I mean drinking in excess. If one has a beer or glass of wine with dinner, there's nothing wrong with that.

    I should say not.
