Re: roadhouses, bars,
In Pennsylvania it is not illegal to carry in an establishment that serves alcohol. There is no law forbidding it.

Re: roadhouses, bars,
I know a few bouncers who carry concealed inside bars. Obviously its because they know there are patrons cc'ing as well.

Re: roadhouses, bars,
As far as I know there is no law forbidding you from having your firearm in such an establishment.

Re: roadhouses, bars,
Can you carry and drink in bars or just carry in bars?

Re: roadhouses, bars,
You can drink; however, drinking while carrying a firearm is not a very responsible thing to do.
EDIT: Just wanted to add that when I say carrying a firearm and drinking is not very responsible, I mean drinking in excess. If one has a beer or glass of wine with dinner, there's nothing wrong with that.Last edited by Agent Smith; August 15th, 2008 at 02:38 PM.
