Pennsylvania Man Sentenced for Anti-Police YouTube Rant

PHILADELPHIA --

A man who posted a rant on YouTube against city police officers will serve 23 months of house arrest as part of a plea bargain.

Andre Moore will plead guilty to making terroristic threats and harassment. He will also plead guilty to corrupting the morals of a minor because his 12-year-old son shot the video.

Moore, 44, said in the video that he rejoices when a Philadelphia police officer is shot and he included a demonstration on how to kill a police officer.

"I can't stand the 18th district," Moore said in the 18-second video clip. "That's why I rejoice whenever they shoot a cop in Philadelphia, 'cause I hate them."

Prosecutors said the video violated the free speech law because Moore appeared to be armed with a weapon.
