New member here

Just to introduce myself . I am a retired LEO from TEXAS . I have lived here at Shanksville , Somerset C. since retirement in 1998 . I don,t shoot alot anymore but do have my LTCW . I am NRA & STATE OF TEXAS certified firearms instructer . I have been reading on the forum for awhile now and it looks like a great forum with knowlegeable members . I hope to learn here and contribute when I can . thanks for having me aboard

1861, I'm over in Berlin. I don't do that much shooting either, but when I do it's at the Berlin Sportsman Club. They have an simple outdoor range, 50 and 100 yds., but they let me set up my portable target holder for my pistol practice.

thanks for the welcome yall . yes , it was a shock for the 1st couple winters , but I just came back from vacation to VIRGINIA and I think I dislike the heat more now than the cold . it is beautiful here in the LAURAL HIGHLANDS .My late wife passed away several years ago and I married my son,s mother -in -law in 98 . she,s from up here . since I retired , figured it was easier for me to relocate than her

thanks for the info on BERLIN SPORTSMAN CLUB , I will check into it . think it makes my neighbor nervous when I pop a couple caps in back yard . LOL
