well, it is the simple rules they cant follow...

2 car limit per appt. one guy has 3, maybe 4 and one is a bike. ALL I WANT IS FOR HIM TO PARK THE BIKE ON THE OTHER FUKIN SIDE SO I CAN HAVE A SPACE!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just want to be able to park CLOSE to my door when i get off work... not come home and see 2 rides for one place on one side.

Get yourself can of Surstromming and pour it into the vents on his car. Flat out THE WORST smelling stuff I have ever had the displeasure to inhale, and believe me, I've smelled A LOT of nasty stuff. Makes an elephant's fart smell like lavender by comparison.

You could also get a valve wrench and loosen the valves on his car ever so slightly. What he'll end up with is a slow, persistent leak that just won't quit. The best part is it isn't immediately obvious that someone has tampered with it.

Go ask the manager how much he plans to comp you for not being able to use parking that you pay for. I would expect to receive about the same amount that it would cost to have the other guy’s junk towed.

Correct....I would tell the manager that you can divide my property into thirds. And 2/3rds of my property is inside my apartment, and the other 3rd should be in the parking spot you pay for. Now, just deduct 1/3 of your rent and pay that. Or contact a lawyer that S**t will get straight really quick. Or if a company manages the property, like PMI or desuasa brown, triple crown, ect contact their main offices and ask to speak to a regional manager, this is going over the property managers head.


ALSO what if the guy had some DEFECTIVE tires that kept on deflating every other night...that would be wierd!!!

I heard a condom in the gas tank works well, although I have never tried it on anyone. It is supposed to get sucked over the hole and stop the flow of gas and when the vacume is released after the car stalls float to the top and when the car is started repeat the cycle.
