I am applying for my C&R and thats the last bit of info I need to finish the application.

That is the Philadelphia Police Department Administration Building, and should also work fine as the address. I’m sure the guy gets his mail when sent to either address.

It doesn't matter, he pretty much has no say in me getting my ffl03, you just HAVE to send it to your local CLEO as part of the application process. He (hopefully) will not even look at it.

I meet all the requirements for the license and im not any sort of criminal so im not worried. Its more a technicality at this point.
