Contact for LTCF in Philly

I applied about two months ago for my Permit in Philly and I still haven't heard anything. Anyone have suggestions about how best to Follow up and check the status?

Do you really still live in Fairfax, VA ? And applied for non-resident PA LTCF in Philly ?

Finally got mine a few months ago. When mine hit 43 days I took a drive up to the address you applied at and BenFoo provided. Told them I was there to check on the status of my license, guy asked me how long it's been, he then gave me a number to go up with. I signed in "other", got my name called after a few minutes, then explained to the lady I was there to check on the status of my license and told her it had been 43 days so I was curious. She checked on it for me, and it happened to be ready. Picture taken and license in hand. No problems whatsoever.
Turns out mine had been mailed out but returned to sender because one of the lovely officers forgot to include my apartment number on the envelope.
