LOL, I was figuring out the proper info as you were posting

Please peeps, if you want to post a place to be included in the list, I laid out a very specific format the info needs to be in, please follow it. It is a PITA to run down the website and hope I can find the address and the facility info, not to mention figuring out what county some of them are in.

If you posted something that is not on the list yet, it is very likely because it was to big a PITA to track down the info. If you want it or them on the list, please post the info properly
