Yeah I was gona say that its the same day as the open carry walk which starts at 10am. Looks like i'll be making a day of it in Philly!

May drive in from New Jersey. Any comments on the legality or advisability of wearing my empty OWB holster? My PA LTCF has expired and I am now a NJ resident (I know, plz don't) so I realize I could not get my guns to Philly legally and could not legally carry there.

Empty holsters aren't firearms, so you should have no problem at all.

I would wait till you get to pa though and then put it on, there's no doubt in mind that if you get pulled over in nj and they see any type of holster in your car they'll search it and knowing nj courts a judge will probably rule a holster is probable cause that a firearm is in the car, and a firearm in the car is probable cause its illegal in some way ( whatever that means) and so on

I was going to wear a holster to the NJ rally with a clear/PINK water pistol in it and wear a sign that stated "this is how NJ wants us to defend ourselves and our families".
