Re: Who to vote for
vote your party, voting for a democrat and third party voting is suicide. even though McCain ain't the big second amendment person everybody wants, he is the republicans choice. vote your feelings and you will have a democrat in office. and more gun laws that will never be repealed. McCain ain't going to win the Mr second amendment award and bush is not any better than him.
that's my two cents. welcome aboard

Re: Who to vote for
If you already submitted your address change you may be eligible to vote in the PA GOP primary next week. Ron Paul is a huge supporter of the Constitution and the 2nd amendment and you can still vote for him in the primary and more importantly delegates that support him and conservative values.
Goto www.ronpaulpa.com and click on your congressional district, I believe you are in CD11 and there are 3 delegates and 1 alternate- you should vote for only those.
In PA the primary is blind and unbound meaning the presidential choice is only a beauty contest and the delegates actually vote their own preference!!!

McCain's "gun problem" stems from two issues: his successful campaign to enact the McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform package and his failed Congressional efforts to regulate all sales at gun shows (conducted in a high-profile partnership with Connecticut Senator Joe Lieberman and backed by a group called Americans for Gun Safety, which, by its very name, is enough to earn the instant enmity of many activist gun owners). The gun lobby and its rank and file view the campaign finance law as an outrageous infringement on their free speech rights while the effort to regulate gun show sales is viewed as a direct attack on the Second Amendment and liberty itself.

Re: Who to vote for
It is mathematically impossible for anyone other than McCain to be the Republican candidate when everything is said and done. Having said that I will be voting for Paul in the primary to send a message to the powers that be that I do not find McCain to be an acceptable candidate even though I will be supporting him in November.
