Finding an AR in the Area?
I know this is kind of a hopeless time to find semi-auto rifles right now, but I figured I'd throw it out there... Has anyone seen AR-15s in any shops around the area or know people who are selling them at reasonable prices?

Re: Finding an AR in the Area?
You can find them if you want to pay $1600 to $2400. Pachellas in Boyertown had a few left. The Leesport Gun show had several at greatly inflated prices. Good luck!

Re: Finding an AR in the Area?
Targetmaster near the DE border still had some 6920s on Friday at $2000. They must have had a boxcar full of them, because they have been selling a lot every day for weeks.
Other shops I've been in have none. If you dig really deep online, you may find some lowers available if you are up to building one.Boy, I say boy, you're reaching the limits of my medication!

Re: Finding an AR in the Area?
I went to the gun show yesterday and decided to stop at Shydas because it was close and I've never been there. They had some 7.62x39 and also some 9mm at non extortion prices. I didn't see any AR's. The place was extremely busy.
The ladies in the clothing dept told me they never heard of Lebanon Levi before the TV show.Boy, I say boy, you're reaching the limits of my medication!

Even if you find one good luck finding ammo. I've been wanting to go shoot mine but can't replace the ammo I'd use

Re: Finding an AR in the Area?
Army Navy in Allentown had one as of yesterday. I didn't see a price but I would bet $2K or higher.
Ammo in any of the common semi auto calibers was sold out (9mm, 45acp, .223/5.56).

Re: Finding an AR in the Area?
I was in Miller's Sporting Goods in Linwood yesterday, and he had a few DPMS ARs left.
I think he jacked up the prices a bit, but it was not "bring the KY because you are going to get raped" high.
