    Both of the men involved in the shooting claimed they had concealed weapons permits. If that is the case, the sheriff's office said it will likely petition to have them revoked.
    It would be good to know about the permits, I am sure that they both "claimed" to be innocent too!

    I find it interesting that the Sheriff has to go thru proper channels to revoke their permits unlike here where they seem to do it just for the hell of it.

    How do you go back and not hit the guy? The real tragedy in these cases is the obvious lack of training and skill. How do you trade multiple shots and nobody gets hit? Even stressed out, I may send a flyer on my first pull, but then you adjust fire and tag'em... Jeesh.......
