    Talking Gonna be a Pop-Pop

    The oldest boy and his sweetheart of a fiancé came over to visit last night and announced they were going to have a baby, sometime in early October. They were nervous we might get on their case about "putting the cart before the horse", but hey, I'm gonna be a Pop-Pop.

    My boy says "It was an accident." "No:, I said, "an accident is when two cars crash." "This is what happens when you do the big-nasty." A bit of laughing, some groaning and all is well.

    We decided on me being Pop-Pop, honestly, because of double-taps. My boy did a "pop-pop" with double hand guns to teach the kid my name. Just awesome.

    No blood kids of my own, but I've got stepkids, a (step)granddaughter and goddaughter.

    Pretty soon will be your chance to sit back and laugh as their little ones put them through the hell that they put you through at times. lol

    Very cool that you were supportive, many people would've been upset over that series of events being "out of order". But life goes on, and your family will have a new life in it as a result, which is always a good thing.

    Make sure to set aside a nice firearm for when he/she is old enough!
