    Default Criminal history question

A year ago I was arrested for Criminal trespassing- felony 3...it was being in the wrong place at the wrong time. It was so silly and really, really a terrible charge. At the hearing it got lowered to a summary trespassing and $50 fine. That is all that came of it.

I have no other history besides speeding tickets(2).

Would this come up on the background check for a rifle or pistol? Does it legally bar me from owning...I really doubt it and it should not but who knows.

Just wondering if I'd have to fill anything out differently on the paperwork?

    Any help would be great.

It should not affect anything to do with Firearm ownership.

If it's just a summary offense, what he said ^^^^.
I am not a lawyer and nothing I say should be construed as legal advice.
