See last subpararaph of the quoted code:

    d) A slot machine licensee shall post in a conspicuous location at each entrance to the licensed facility signs that may be easily read stating the following:
The possession of a deadly weapon, stun gun or other device designed to injure or incapacitate a person by any person within this licensed facility without the express written permission of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is prohibited.
That is verbatim what each casino that I've visited posts.

Did not post the story to start another discussion on carry in casinos. It just worked out that way.

Besides I did not see where he was charged specifically with a charge connected to carry in the casino.

He was charged with reckless endangerment, not trespass or any regulation violation. Since we all know that since someone who touches something that obviously isn't theirs, and gets hurt, has the right to sue you for leaving the thing that they shouldn't have touched in the first place, this guy is toast.
