A guy shot his dogs to death rather than pay for boarding while he went on vacation.

And the method of killing--more BS. If he wanted to put them down, one shot to the forehead would do it. Instead he hung them, then shot them dozens of times with his .22. It's obvious he intended them to die slowly. The same $100 I bet in another thread says that this guy is just a plain old sociopath, and tortured his dogs to death just to see what it was like.
