    Default carry law

Does anyone know if you have a permit to carry concealed can you carry a weapon registered to someone else?

Since PA LCF is not gun specific you would be OK there.

However, it is unlawful for an individual to transfer a handgun to another individual in PA.
Would "lending" a handgun be considered a transfer?

Yup. I carry my wife’s gun sometimes. The problem might arise if you open carry, you get Terry stopped for “not” breaking a law and they “illegally” run your gun thru an “imaginary” database and then they “illegally” confiscate it when its not in your name, then and only then will you have an issue... not that that happens

It is legal to "loan" a gun to a person if and only if that person has an LTCF.

There is no "official" registry in PA, and your license isnt tied to a particular gun, so that is not a worry.

To be clear in answering your question:

Handguns are not registered to people in this Commonwealth.

Having a License to Carry Firearms permits you to carry concealed, it is not a concealed weapons permit.

Having a LTCF, you are licensed to carry firearms. As long as you were given permission to take possession of property that is not yours by it's owner, whose firearm it is has no bearing.

The short answer, of course, would be yes.
