PAFOA provides space for this marketplace for non-prohibited persons to offer to sell or buy legal firearms with other non-prohibited persons. It is the responsibility of every seller and every buyer to comply with all state and federal laws, which includes verifying the buyer's state of residence, refusing sales to prohibited persons, and additional requirements. If you're not sure of the laws, find out. For maximum safety, we suggest doing all transfers of advertised guns through a Federal Firearms Licensee or a Sheriff; this is mandatory for handguns, and mandatory for sales to out-of-state residents, and it’s the only way you can get a PICS check done.

Requiring that your buyer show you a current PA License to Carry Firearms may provide some assurance that the buyer is not prohibited, but this is not foolproof. Being a registered user or someone that you've met personally is zero assurance of being non-prohibited for firearms possession.

Certain firearms, parts & accessories are also regulated by the National Firearms Act, so if you're not sure, do the research.

If you see an ad that you believe violates applicable laws, or if you believe you've been solicited to do an unlawful act, notify site administrators.

The method of operation is to private message you and tell you that you should contact such 'n such person at a given email address.

Please report the private messages. Staff will ban the offender, and I will implement an IP ban. Unfortunately these scammers are using VPN/proxy services, which may mean your VPN/proxy may be blocked.

When signing up, do so from a US based Internet Service Provider. Turn off any VPN/safe-browsing feature. Failure to do so will result with your new account denied.

If you run into a IP ban afterwards as a member, again - turn off your VPN or switch servers. We do not ban legit Internet Service Providers from the USA(exception for certain individual IP addresses). Free VPN's tend to get banned too. We try not to ban legit subscription VPN services, but they rarely label their IP blocks correctly.

If you run into an IP ban, it likely wasn't you.

17 Fold Up Decoys Goose - $30 Western PA

Fold up goose decoys. Have 17, bought used. Definitely used - some have the rivets or decoy line repaired. You can use these as floating decoys or as field decoys. Might have a couple extra that need repairs that I will also throw in. Wanted to get into goose hunting, things changed. Probably still will, just going a different way.

Looking for $30 for the lot.

Can meet up anywhere in Butler County and nearby in neighboring counties. Also occasionally shoot at PMSC and LCSA, so meeting up there is possible. Please let me know if you have any questions. Also selling some other stuff. Will remove ad ASAP if sold.
