First OC Public Discussion

Guy (early 30)s spotted me at a gas station north side of Bethlehem and asked if I was an officer or just OCing. I told him I was not an officer and we had a little conversation about OC and PA laws. He says he OCs, too, but has never seen anybody else do it until now. He was working at the time and not OC. I think somebody else filling up was listening to our discussion.

I should have steered him here, but based on the conversation I just sorta assumed he already was a member. I suppose everybody is allowed a mistake during their first encounter, I'll do better next time

I would think that if he was a member, between the two of you actually seeing someone else OC's in your area, the topic would have come up.
