    Default Somebody call Fat Eddie

Somebody get hold of Fat Eddie and let's lobby him to ban all SUV's in Philthadelphia. Last night four Philthy cops were injured by drunk drivers in SUV's. this has got to stop. These SUV's are out of control. We must put an end to the madness. Oh, the humanity!!!
We don't need to punish the drunk drivers though. They are just victims of their situation. Their situation? They were in SUV's when it happened. It is not their fault. Innocent victims.

wasn't there a statistic stating more people are injured/killed every year from vehicles than guns? lets lock up all of the motorists!!!!!!!!!! and confiscate their "EMV's" (evil motorized vehicles)

Agreed! We need to get the MADD group to help us out by getting on TV and speaking out against SUVs. In addition, we need to open a law suit against the manufacturers and dealers who helped put these killing machines on the streets. Everyone knows an SUV comes with a fully automatic transmission and extended tank, both of which allow for the operator to get to high speeds, killing people with the front bumper, with just one push of the pedal, and continue to kill for 500+ miles. This has to stop!

In addition, nothing is done to keep these out of the hands of children. Owners throw their keys on the kitchen table where a 10 year old can easily unlock and use these killing machines.

Also, I've noticed a LOT of people openly bringing their SUVs to soccer games where innocent children might be harmed. Yes, we know that it was just parked and not operated in a deadly manner, but it's mere appearance at the games is a threat. These owners should have their License to Operate Motorvehicles suspended!
