PAFOA Membership Rights
I see a lot of people on here telling there story about being hassled by stateys, local pd, park rangers. Some of them end up with there rights being trampled and they take it in the ass and its not right. What I propose is, when you pay for your membership, the people who run this site mail a list of rights that you should know in case ever stopped by a LEO. I know I would pay an extra couple bucks to have a laminated printed copy of my rights that I could shove in there face and quote the crime code to them. I guess you could make it mandatory or an option. When you pick your package you want to sign up for you could have a yes or no section to donating (idk what it would cost for postage and supplies) extra ----- for pocket guide to your rights with the PAFOA logo on it...maybe even make it a membership card with the rights on it. Because I saw the thread where the Moon Township Police totally violated his rights, I think if he were to show the police Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association Member and he started quoting his rights, I think they would have thought twice and or left the person alone in fear of "oh no this guy knows his rights I can't take liberties with him and he could have my ass". I think its a real proactive way to defend the 2nd amendment and promote a better imagine of firearm owners.
I tell gun owners about this site but ya know there like uh huh website apaowqfoafoa ok i'll check it out lol I think there would be more members
just a thought, let me know what you guys think
Also to help deter LEOs from violating gun owner rights you could put what legal action would follow each violation.

While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Re: PAFOA Membership Rights
A.) Membership cards are not going to happen, as per the last time the subject was brought up to Danp, IIRC.
B.) Membership cards will not make an overzealous cop stop being overzealous. They may even become lodged in your rectal area if you were to wave one in a cop's face, with the, "Do you know who I am?", line of bullshit.
Buy a t-shirt, that'll show 'em...

Re: PAFOA Membership Rights
Read your last sentence. remember that shit flows downhill, and if we were to stir up a bunch in the name of PAFOA, it's Dan's coffee cup where the floaters are going to end up.
