New LTCF Questions

Hello!

By searching the internet and the forums, I have found that:

1. I should stay out of MD
2. I can use hollowpoints
3. I don't have to automatically inform LEOs that I have a firearm in the car.

What I can't seem to find is any information on where I can and can't carry. I haven't found anything official and I sometimes get conflicting information (like if it is OK to carry in a state park). I was just in Texas visiting my wife's family and they make it very clear.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
