Red face Mrs. PA Patriot FINALLY starts open carrying

Ok, I'll admit it...I don't do it. Or I didn't do it....fact of the matter being...I didn't carry at all as I could never fit going to the Sheriff's office into my schedule (feel free to neg rep me for that...I'd do it to myself if I could). ANYWAY, I got my permit last week and we decided to go out to get me some shorts this weekend. So I guess this is my first non-reactive OC report.

Friday we went to Bennigan's for dinner...still regretting the monte cristo but that was the worst part of that. Then off to two different Walmarts...nada...nothing at all. Some kind of thug type guys in the parking lot, they took notice to Rich and I and decided they were going to go find another parking lot to stalk. lol Off to Wegmans, once again...nothing.

Saturday I went out by myself to the grocery...nothing at first then there was the little old lady. lol She says, "can you grab those green beans for me?" I said sure no problem. Then she notices the revolver. She says, "good for you dear." I said excuse me? And she says, "Good for you for protecting yourself. Things aren't like they were when I was your age." Left the grocery, decided to stop at a yard sale...OMG I love yard sales. lol Anyway, browsed around...nothing. Other women and kids there...nothing. Had a little laugh w/ the lady running the yard sale as she did take notice of the revolver and I said as I was paying. Honest I do have money to pay. lol She thought that was funny, we talked alittle and I left.

Today Richie and I went back to the grocery...no cart to "hide" behind. Nothing, no screaming or running..nothing.

    So there it is folks.

    Richie?

Glad you got your license and started to carry. Don't feel bad, I put it off for over a year.
