    Default first time cc'd today

    okay, have had my LCTF for about a week now and decided to cc for a change. First stop was the coffee shop, no one noticed, then about an hour at the range no brainer here, then on to Wal-mart to buy some ammo, (the one in Matamoras) must have been better concealed than I though, not even an oded stare. Back to the coffee shop for lunch where the owner and I discussed cc vs. oc before i told him I was carrying, no big deal, (he's a gun guy too) then back home, all in all, about 4-5 hours out and not one problem, everyone is right though, you feel like you've got a cannon on your hip instead of an M&P 9mm, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

    I can chuckle a bit at the way you worded your post... "no one noticed"... "not even an oded stare." HehHehHeh, That's because people don't notice that kind of stuff unless they are looking for it.(and it was CONCEALED! LOL)

    Oh, by the way, I felt the same way when I started carrying.

    You got that right! When I was living in Vermont and CC'd - it became quite natural. Either on your person or in the car, just knowing you had it close by was most comforting. You would wonder what all the hubbub by the anti's about firearms was all about.
