Finally, an OC first timer.
I finally decided to OC in the spirit of the National OC day. I have to admit, I was a bit nervous about it at first but I relaxed after the first couple of trips into stores. Honestly, I don't think many even noticed it at all. The only real reaction I had was Saturday while gassing up at Circle K in Waterford. As I was pumping gas, a young guy about 20ish came around my side of the car to throw something in the trash. He noticed my pistol and let out a "WTF". He returned to his car and told his buddies in the car to "put that s**t away." I got a little laugh out of it and was on my way. I'm not sure if people just didn't notice or just didn't care but the lack of reactions surprised me.

Good on you. Sometimes it's hard to decide if something is for you or not without trying it. Now you have a better sense of what OC is and is not to judge by.

Back when I was actually in para-law enforcement, I was always mistaken for a cop (even if I wore something that had writing on it which, basically, stated: "not a cop").
