Good news. I mailed my app. and check on Oct. 14, and the check was finally cashed about a week ago. I'm hoping that means the license will soon be here.

Yes. Mine cleared the bank the day before Thanksgiving so expect it any day!

Congrats! I find it kinda funny that my Sam's Club card looks more "official" than the NH permit.

It doesn't matter what they say, what matters is what the state you are in says. In other words since the Pennsylvania AG has established reciprocity with NH, and also stated that residency is not a requirement of reciprocity, Pennsylvania will recognize a NH Permit while the person holding it is in Pennsylvania regardless of what the NH website says or whether the person holding it is a NH resident.
