    The grandson of prominent anti-gun campaigner Pat Regan has been arrested on suspicion of stabbing her to death.

    Mrs Regan, 53, was discovered at the property on Marlborough Grange in the Hyde Park area of Leeds on Sunday.

    The mother-of-six started campaigning against gun crime when her son Danny was shot dead in 2002. ....

    ironic eh? when will they learn

    OMG. I really almost pee'd a little I was laughing so hard. That ought to be the new lead off example in any anti gun debate........

    I'm sorry to hear that. It's a shame she didn't push her campaign towards knives instead, I'm sure she'd still be alive today.

    It just proves that criminals will use anything they can to kill. Now I hope the English parliament's eyes are opened to this very fact. So by denying there citizens the right to bear arms to protect themselves they are in fact setting them at the mercy of the murders, robbers and rapists!!!

    Laughing at a 53 year old woman being stabbed to death!? Surely you jest, sir. Sure, she was mislead in her views of gun control, but she shouldn't have been killed because of it.

    I'm sure she wasn't killed because of her views on gun control. Note that it was her grandson who stabbed her to death. It was probably a crime of passion. In other words, the old bag was cheating on him with someone else.
