    Discharging a Firearm Into An Occupied Structure is a 3rd Degree Felony which carries a maximum of up to 7 years in jail and a fine of up to $15,000 if convicted. In addition to jail time, there are other serious consequences, which may include:

    A permanent felony record which can never be expunged under Pennsylvania law;

    The loss of one*s ability to own or purchase a firearm, or obtain a concealed carry permit;

    The loss of one*s ability to vote;

    The loss of employment, housing and/or educational opportunities;
    Because that's how dem CHESCO rolls.

    I'm wit you. Under the right conditions, I'll still pass a slow fuck over a double yellow line but I don't do it slowly. Something isn't right there.

    Right out of Orwell.
    LPRs at most intersections and traffic lights are becoming the norm.

    I do it when the asshole stops in the middle of the street to let someone out of a side street. Yes it happens all the time.

    This enrages me. Right of way exists for a reason. Predictability and consistency are what keeps us all safe.

    I'm sick of hearing about "gun violence". Why don't they call it "criminal violence" or something even more descriptive to properly assign blame where it lies? No gun got up this morning and decided to shoot someone. That action took a human to complete.

    If it bleeds it leads. If it doesn't bleed, make it bleed.
    There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

    Everybody will be cruising down the road and some yahoo decides to STOP and let someone out,
    and it's usually they are making a left, now the whole lane is stopped,
    while the oncoming lane lets up. Some people thing they are doing society a favor by putting everyone at risk.
    Gee, look at me being a nice person, fking idiots.

    I will let people out, but only if traffic is already extremely slowed or stopped. Something I've told the kids that are starting to drive. It doesn't matter how pretty she is, if you let her out, she's not going to stop and give you a blow job.
    Rules are written in the stone,
    Break the rules and you get no bones,
    all you get is ridicule, laughter,
    and a trip to the house of pain.
