I've only been to the Millcreek Mall twice, (I don't mall) and O/C'd both times without any issues or incidents.
That of course doesn't mean you'll be as lucky.
Good luck!

Re: Millcreek mall, Erie,pa OC?
They used to have signs that said no firearms, but they put up new signs that say no firearms accept as provided by state and federal laws.
I usually OC but when Im with my In-laws I'll CC, though rather poorly.
The only problem we have ever had at the mall was during the holiday season of 2007. We were at Panda Express and some lady saw my wifes Tomcat in her purse while paying for our food and made a comment to someone else in line. About 5 mins later mall security showed up and wanted to know if my wife had a gun in her purse. I told them it wasnt any of their business and if there was a problem we would glady leave. They then asked for her LTCF and I told them that wasnt going to happen and we would leave if they were asking us to. The older guard proceeded to tell us that carrying guns in the mall was against the law, to which I told him he was wrong and if he would like to call the police we would wait and prove it. I then asked him if we could finish eating or did we have to leave and they said that she would have to leave her gun in the car(to which we never admitted to having) so we got some to go containers and left.
The funny thing is the whole time my Colt Commander is printing through my sweatshirt and they never made mention of it.

Food court entrance is posted. Just sayin'
I open carried to Macy's once and wasn't hassled but I think if I pressed my luck, I would likely get the boot.
There are likely two or three guards working at the mall at any given time. They wear ridiculous hats and bright blue uniforms.Open Carry: it's whats for dinner.
