Well, i just got word that my backorder has shipped. i have a POF 416 lower that needed a mate so i have a 14.5" POF 416 upper shipping today/tomorrow. can't wait till it gets here! waited 6 months for it. will post pictures and give a range report.

a good friend of mine's brother has one, he works for one of those neat civilian companies that ventures in Iraq. Anyhow, he says he LOVES it. I'm not sure what model he has exactly, but I do know he really likes it. Congrats man, its a good feeling when something back ordered finally gets rolling to your door.

I did not know these uppers need a special type of lower. Or are you just wanting them to match?

Just curious where you can shoot a full-auto AR? I have a POF 415 upper on a RRA lower. It is also a 14.5" barrel with a permanently attached brake to bring it to 16"+. Has a mid-length+ rail system (11") and Troy folding BUIS. I think they build a fine product. Good luck with yours.

That's what I thought but your wording gave me pause. Please do post pics when its all together. I played with them at the Shot Show a few years ago and was very impressed.

i had a chance to shoot one last year and loved the way it handled and shot. we ran mags through as fast as we could pull the trigger and reload. we then poopped the pins and pulled out the bolt carrier to see how hot it was and IT WAS ROOM TEMPRATURE!!
