Interesting choice. Hoss' is the least likely restaurant (IMHO) in Moon to harass anyone, but the funny thing is that in the picture below, Hoss' is just to the right and north of center and the entire complex to the left of Beaver Grade Road is the Moon Township complex (including the PD). I'd leave a camera on someone's dash in the parking lot.

Assuming I'm in town, I may just drop by.

Could you be more specific with the address? I looked for moon township and the partial address shown but my gps can't work with that info and I've never heard of these places. I'm willing to do some traveling and lend support if I can figure out where this is going on LOL. Only hoss I'm seeing is right around state college.

forget technology, get a road map or gazetter. look up moon Rt. 60, or if you want tech. look up 911 Air Wing, Air National Guard.
